We implement 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Defined Benefit Plans, SEP & Simple IRAs, ROBS, ESOPS, Church Plans, and even plans for Cannabis companies. Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and nontraditional investments.

Department-wide Responsibilities

The Client Services team communicates directly with our clients in an effort to understand their experiences with our company, discuss the services we provide, and assist in any additional requests they may have. Team members engage in client outreach campaigns regarding their retirement plans, convey expectations on meeting regulatory requirements, monitor and maintain the client relationship, receive and process client requests for initial and additional services, and collaborate with other departments to resolve their issues.

Responsibilities In Your Role

 Build out and oversight of multiple software applications

• Project planning fundamentals: initiating, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling, and budgeting

• Project control fundamentals: monitoring, anticipating potential problems, identifying project conflicts,taking corrective action, resolving issues, project reporting

• Project oversight and creation of documents to support company departments and goals

• Prepare project road maps for company and department goals

• Issue and communicate program status to leadership

• Drive implementation to completion within timeline

• Establish internal and external expectations and accountability

• Effectively prioritize and update tasks for implementation projects

• Foster collaborative working relationships within operations and across all levels and departments of the organization to execute project management activities and company priorities

• Schedule, manage, and facilitate internal meetings

• Maintain working knowledge of general office practices

• Maintain working knowledge of industry practices

• Establish and maintain effective service focused relationships with co-workers, referral partners andclients

• Responsible for once weekly in office presence to process incoming mail and any outgoing materials for company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in retirement plan, investment or banking industries is preferred
  • Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with numbers and basic calculations
  • Solutions oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities
  • Strong command of technology and ability to learn new software solutions easily and quickly
  • Proficiency is required with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
  • Works well with a team, including other team members who work remotely/virtually
  • Creative participation and forward-looking contribution to team activities and company progress
  • A demonstrated record of accomplishment of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a preference for proactivity, avoids workplace distractions, and drives performance targets to completion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses strong innate ability to switch gears between finance and human resource tasks as needed
  • Must live near or within commuting distance of Seattle
