Leading Retirement Solutions (LRS) is a fast paced, emerging Third Party Administration and Recordkeeping firm to company sponsored retirement plans.

LRS specializes in finding streamlined solutions for companies that need to provide retirement benefits in emerging and underserved industries. We provide Third Party Administration services including plan design and administration of company retirement plans. We also offer open architecture recordkeeping services, providing investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants with access to traditional and non-traditional investments.

Department-wide Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for oversight of the sponsor, participant, and partner onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and be customer obsessed. To provide world-class customer service to our potential clients, business partners, agents, broker dealers, carriers, other third-party administration firms/recordkeeping firms. This includes managing client and advisor expectations and meeting service timelines for new retirement plan clients to ensure a positive and efficient onboarding experience. The scale of activity ranges from single product implementations to large, complex plans involving multiple products and multiple entities, and includes a range of constituents. Responsibilities In Your Role

  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through client service-related activities and communication with clients. 
  Assist with new and existing business presentations for new opportunities and cross selling opportunities. Must be able to effectively demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clients including culture, business focus and pension plan design. 
  Responsible for actively managing all aspects of the client experience. Will Analyze, troubleshoot, and problem solve when reviewing annual Reports and other plan documents. S/he will maintain overall responsibility for the client's satisfaction.  
  Develop, maintain relationships, and provide a consultative approach with plan sponsors, advisors, and human resources contacts of assigned new and existing client organizations to become their provider for information and resources related to their retirement plans. S/he will advise the client regarding mandatory and discretionary amendments of the plan documents. 
  Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention by understanding the client’s organization, procedures, internal policies, and overall business needs.
  Timely assess the nature of any given client challenge or problem, understand thoroughly the expectations of the client, and consistently meet or exceed those expectations.  
  Attends regular and pre-planned meetings with the client.
  Drive the collection, organization, and document review processes to an offering of expertise in relationship building with new clients.
  Understands key business issues facing the client, and brings viable solutions to the client to address those needs.
  Support and coordinate with a team responsible for servicing a book of company sponsored retirement plans.
  Announce Team Changes and system/process enhancements to existing clients, building value proposition around enhanced/added services we provide to clients. 
  Troubleshoot various systems issues, escalate to leadership.
  Communicates thoroughly and timely with all team members, advisor(s) and/or referral partners concerning client issues. 
  Positively influences the team members; effectively mediates concerns, offer encouragement and praise, and build good working relationships. 
  Promotes and offers ideas for improvement. 
  Attends training opportunities, reads, and shares industry knowledge, regularly participates in coursework to either earn or maintain professional designations. 
  Plan Design & Documents.
  Consult on plan design changes – Add SH or Auto Enroll, etc. 
  Strong understanding of Contribution Modeling – Plan Design.
  Oversee Plan Design & Documents, Plan Installation in Systems (LRSAdmin, FTW).
 Provide exceptional client service and consulting on client inquires, research and resolve issues and provide technical expertise on plan and regulatory issues. Will maintain knowledge of current and proposed pension legislation and share as appropriate with assigned clients. 
  Acts as subject matter expert for plan design, ensures proper quality control reviews are conducted to ensure regulatory and company compliance, provides coaching and mentoring to staff.
  Review plan documents, understand retirement plan provisions and accurately apply to onboarding processes.
  Understand thoroughly (and stays knowledgeable of) retirement plans (particularly defined contribution and small defined benefit (1-24 employees) plans, including plan designs, compliance & government filings, legislation, and emerging trends. 
  Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements.
  Coordinate and direct client implementation activities with other team members.
  Assist in implementation of new and takeover plans.
  Applies knowledge of plan design of qualified and nonqualified plans, welfare plans and trusts, general nondiscrimination testing, fiduciary responsibility, and compliance programs. Effectively express ideas and information in the client’s business context. Conceptualize, design and deliver effective client presentations, and explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner. Ability to develop rapport with client personnel at all levels; consistently earning client respect and goodwill, convert relationships into sustained practice growth. 
  Identify and report appropriate metrics relative to the support of the company business plan and growth.
  Create online accounts for each customer, including uploading documents, deliver account login information and monitor utilization.
  Understanding of Plan Errors and working knowledge of correction methods.
  Design and monitor workflow for onboarding of various plan service models.
  Support Plan conversions and deconversion.
  Anticipate concerns of our clients, referral partners and advisor. 
  Analyze and resolve client questions. 

 

Qualifications

·Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges

· Experience onboarding company sponsored retirement plans and/or experience in the financial services or investment industry

· Lead numerous cross-functional projects against tangible milestones and consistently deliver valuable outcomes

· Work well in a team with an ability to communicate expectations, requirements, and progress to senior leaders, peers, and team members

· Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service

· Have an enviable level of attention to detail, and catch things that others miss

· Deadline and Results driven

· Solutions-oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities.

· Strong command of technology and ability to learn new software solutions easily and quickly.

· Be able to demonstrate the strengths and abilities that help oversee processes and guiding initiatives.

 · Experience with SRT preferred
