Essential Roles at LRS
Retirement Plan Administrator
The Plan Administration team supports all compliance aspects of Plan Administration including coordinating communication with internal team members, plan sponsors, participants, and referral partners to develop and direct the plan administration process, improve workflow processes, make program and policy changes, and meet regulatory requirements. This role performs testing and monitors compliance, collaborates on correction projects, and maintains plan operations. This role also reviews the work of the plan administration team, supports client interactions, and addresses audits. Accuracy in valuations, eligibility determinations, and adherence to plan provisions are key.?
Retirement Plan Recordkeeper
The Retirement Plan Recordkeeper supports all aspects of Recordkeeping including trading activities, participant support and sponsor interaction. Team members provide a high level of communication in the recordkeeping of retirement plans and meeting regulatory requirements. Team members communicate with plan sponsors, participants and referral partners to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through oversight and coordination of plan activities.
Retirement Plan Client Consultant
The Retirement Plan Client Consultant consults with plan sponsors to assist them with optimal retirement plan design to achieve the highest opportunity for a successful retirement program. Team members provide plan design recommendations and support by drafting plan documents, restatements and amendments based on client consultations related to all types of retirement plans.
