Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and nontraditional investments.

Business Administration and Recordkeeping

This position offers experience in preparing financial statements for retirement plans, analyzing investment statements, loading retirement plan and employee records into software systems, and suggesting improvements to our firm's services.


Business Operations

Our Business Operations internship provides hands-on experience working with web-based interactive voice response systems, developing customer notifications via cloud based automated calling systems, and developing targeted communication campaigns.


Campaign Development

If you're interested in sales and marketing, this position offers the opportunity to develop drip campaigns with our current CRM software, implement LRS marketing campaigns, and design/implement mailers based on prospect lists.


Legal Internship

The Leading Retirement Solutions Legal Internship supports the research and development of company legal documents, while researching, recommending, preparing, and implementing company policies, and prepare internal communication and training.


Business Logistics

Our Business Logistics position supports the implementation, maintenance, and service of company sponsored retirement plans, workflow improvement initiatives, program/policy changes, and provides service and support to referral partners.

Full Description

Business Development

If you're interested in gaining experience with business development opportunities, our internship offers the chance to create strategies that support our team in securing new clients, mine prospect lists to target specified audiences, and develop campaigns with our CRM software.


Technology Support

The LRS Technology support position provides support for the team in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and other systems, assisting with new employee setup and training, and researching unused features of existing solutions. 


Content and Brand Marketing

The Brand and Content Marketig position provides the ooportunity to write industry-related articles for our company blog, research and develop new strategic marketing initiatives, and research and apply for awards and recognitions that will drive awareness of the LRS brand.


Social Responsibility

If you're looking for experience with social responsibility strategy development for a worthy cause, this internship provides a chance to support women business owners when it comes to retirement planning and grow our annual Retirement Gap Study and Survey.


Accounting Internship

Our Accounting Internship provides the opportunity to reconcile finance accounts, data, and financial reports in support of company budgets and operations, while generating invoices, processing payments, and managing call campaigns.


Human Resources

If you're interested in Human Resources our HR internship offers experience with administrative support for company retirement plans, wellness programs, employee related programs, and other benefits, while compiling metrics for reporting, tracking, and team presentations.


Grant Development

In order to promote diversity in the retirement plan administration field, LRS is intent on providing access to the Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) Certificate through ASPPA to those who may not otherwise be able to afford it, and we need an intern to develop our grant program.
