Over the last few years, fiduciary delegation -a process by which plan sponsors outsource fiduciary functions- has become increasingly common in the retirement planning space. Fiduciary delegation enables employers to offer a great plan without having to operate that plan. For busy owners and executives, that's an enormously important distinction.

With Leading Plan Solutions™ (LPS), employers participating in the Rollovers as Business Startups (ROBS) strategy receive easy access to low-cost traditional investments, in a standardized plan structure. Leading Plan Solutions™ is a Pooled Plan Provider for Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs). In essence, we’re a “super” service provider to the Plan, jointly hired by all the participating PEP employers. As a named fiduciary, LPS allows you to shift responsibilities for the plan management in terms of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), so the companies we work with can spend more time growing their business, and less time wading through complicated rules and regulations. Registered with the Department of Labor, we work directly with you to manage all the information needed to properly operate your plan, hassle-free.
