Our Culture

We believe everyone deserves a quality retirement and our team is passionate about protecting and growing our clients’ plan assets. Though we consider ourselves self-starters and entrepreneurs, we also thrive on creating a collaborative atmosphere where everyone's ideas are valued. It is only through our collective experience and insights that we may attain our goals.

Some employees work remotely from their homes but interact with the corporate office daily. These employees are known as Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) employees. The corporate office provides SOHO employees the same level of support provided to on-site employees. We also promote and encourage pro bono activities and are active in participating in the local community as well as the larger business and retirement community.

Our Company

Headquartered in Seattle, WA, our team is comprised of highly motivated retirement industry professionals with satellite offices across the U.S. and serving clients in all fifty states. Our team takes pride in staying informed and knowledgeable about current and relevant industry news so that we may better serve our clients.

We strongly believe that by bettering ourselves through continuous learning we create not only a more knowledgeable teammember but also an overall better customer experience. All our plan advisors, record keepers, and administers maintain a minimum level of credentialing. Financially supported by LRS, staff members often pursue further levels of credentialing and engage in other continuing education activities to further their understanding of the retirement industry.

We are dedicated to maintaining a staff of highly educated and credentialed professionals so that we can provide a superior degree of expertise and support to our clients and their employees.
