Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and non-traditional investments.

Department-wide Responsibilities

The Marketing team serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business, promoting the mission of the company, while creating an overarching image that represents LRS in a positive light. The marketing team works closely with our company President and the Sales team to support sales performance and business growth.

Responsibilities In Your Role

  Act as lead strategist on any initiative that is implemented to capture a new opportunity or to build LRS brand equity in new dynamic ways.

  Develop and manage various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and annual campaigns.

  Coordinate efforts with marketing interns to make sure all aspects of marketing initiatives are covered, all appropriate channels are utilized, and overall strategy is documented.

  Manage marketing aspects of the hiring process, working directly with HR to attract qualified hires.

  Perform website development and maintenance tasks, keeping in mind SEO best practices.

  Train and managing new marketing hires.

  Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing data analysis and implement changes throughout the department and the company based on the results.

  Edit graphics and written content on the company website, blog, social media, and in email campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in the finance and investment industry is preferred.

• 1 year minimum of marketing experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Visa.

• Strong command of technology and the ability to quickly learn new software.

• Proficiency is required with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, browsing network directories, and dual screens as we are a paperless office.

Client Services Associate

Leading Retirement Solutions is looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team. This position will communicate directly with our clients in an effort to understand their experiences with our company, discuss the services we provide, and assist in any addition requests they may have. Team members must respond to client questions regarding their retirement plans, discuss expectations on meeting regulatory requirements, and collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues.
